Economic & Community Development
Moore & Associates is an advocate for economic inclusion and counsel to Federal agencies, Government Sponsored Entities (GSEs) and corporate clients, including real estate developers and economic, market and policy research firms.
We team with national foundations and private real estate developers on high profile public-private projects to develop economic inclusion policies and programs. We also serve as a public advocate appointed by elected officials to oversee and manage community reinvestment initiatives.
We design programs and policies administered to meet and exceed economic inclusion guidelines in a number of areas, including equity participation, prime and subcontracting arrangements, CBE/MBE/WBE participation and supplier diversity goals.
The firm plays an active role in the economic development of historically underutilized neighborhoods and works closely with project stakeholders to deploy redevelopment strategies designed to pool interests and maximize resources for reinvestment.
